Acceptable use
- Use only for lawful purposes
- Do not abuse APIs, bypass rate limits, or overload the service
- Do not submit secrets you are not allowed to process; do not use outputs as a substitute for licensed counsel when advice is required
Accounts, credits, and billing
Paid credits and subscriptions may be sold via Stripe and portfolio billing. Refunds and merchant policies may be governed by the checkout partner (e.g. RiskFreeTrial) when that flow is used. Unused free trials or promotional credits may expire.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisualTOS and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product or reliance on generated summaries.
